Portable terminals “Yantar-N”
Subscriber radio station (terminal) “Yantar-N” is meant for application in professional communication digital trunking networks of the TETRA standard.
Operating frequency range: 380-430 MHz and 410-470 MHz (optional).
The menu of the terminal “YANTAR-N” is in Russian, an alpha-numeric keyboard.

Portable terminals “YANTAR-N” of the TETRA standard are manufactured in the following modifications:
1. «Yantar-N» – a basic terminal.
2. «Yantar-N B» – a terminal with special functions for security services.
3. «Yanter-N Ex» – explosion-proof terminal of the ATEX standard (class of protection IP65).
Features of subscriber terminals “Yantar-N”:

- Illumination of the keyboard with clear marking allows easily control the terminal without taking off gloves;
- Class of protection IP65 (moisture-proof, dust-proof according to IEC 60529);
- Wear-resistant outer coating;
- Rubberized case for protection from shocks and falls;
- High reliability (tested by throwing down from the height of 1,6 m on the concrete base);
- Antiskid channeling on sides;

- Two versions of a loudspeaker on the front and back panel;
- Two microphones (duplex and semiduplex modes);

- TMO mode (trunking transmission mode, communication through the basic station) or DMO (direct transmission mode, direct voice communication between radio stations without communication with a basic station);
- Emergency call in a TMO/DMO mode in the network of the TETRA standard;
- Group call in the TMO/DMO communication mode;
- Dynamic group distribution,
- Group-Scanning (scanning of groups), Late-Entry (late connection, connection to a group call after its establishment);
- Telephone directory, status messages/patterns list;
- Short messages transmission (SDS);
- Emergency calls (calls with a maximal priority);
- Channel allotment for priority connections;
- Calls to public network subscribers (TfOP);
