This is a software and hardware complex which solves the problem of building automated communication operators’ workplaces on the basis of a digital platform “YANTAR-T IP”. It is meant for performing by a dispatcher or an operator a full range of activities aimed at cooperation with the staff, telemetry data analysis as well as processing data on other objects, which are the subscribers of a digital network of professional TETRA radio communication in the form convenient for analysis, systematization and classification.
Main tasks solved by a system:
- Building distributed radio communication networks with a great number of basic stations and operators working simultaneously;
- Support of possibilities of digital radio stations, human-engineered dispatcher interface for their application;
- Unification with a telephone network;
- System operation journaling, voice messages recording and subscriber movement routs.

- Personal calls (individual) – connection between two subscribers for providing direct two-side communication even in case if they are not in the same group.

- Hidden listening – listening to conversations of other subscribers by a dispatcher using terminals;
- Subscriber state monitoring – continuous process of watching a subscriber on the map;
- Watching moving objects on a map or an area plan;
- Sending and receiving text messages;
- Telemetry – remote data collecting and forwarding data on events to a dispatcher aimed at control;
- Remote terminal (radio station) blocking;
- Message history– saving and browsing of correspondence history at any time;
- Reports – aggregate information from received data.
